Northeast India feels like a whole new country with its verdant greenery, clean cities, and amazing wildlife.
Upon your arrival at the Bagdogra Airport in Siliguri, our tour manager will welcome you and help you transfer to Gangtok. The journey takes 4 to 5 hours and offers a panoramic view of the Kanchenjunga Mountains.
Check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring places around your hotel.
Start your day with a delectable breakfast before heading out for a full-day tour of Gangtok City. This picturesque city is famous for its monasteries, scenic beauty, and snow-laden mountains. Some places you will cover include Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Rumtek Dharma Chakra Centre, and the Sikkim Himalayan Zoological Park.
Return to your hotel in the evening to spend the night in Gangtok.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel to continue touring attractions you missed yesterday. You will cover the Ban Jhakri Falls, Tsongmo Lake, Do Drul Chorten and the Enchey Monastery. Later in the day, head to Darjeeling to continue with the next leg of your journey.
Check into the hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing and exploring places around the hotel.
Today, you will explore Darjeeling, including Tiger Hills, Batasia Loop, Japanese Peace Pagoda, Sandakphu, the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Rock Garden, and the Tea Garden Viewpoint.
Don’t miss Tenzing Rock and the ropeway ride across tea plantations. Return to your hotel to spend the night in Darjeeling.
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and head to the Bagdogra Airport to catch your flight back home.
